Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • This is your first subscription purchase with ApolloTV.
  • The refund is for the original subscription, not a renewal.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via the Contact page or email us at billing@apollotv.uk.
  2. Include your name, email address used for the purchase, and reason for the refund.
  3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • The 14-day refund window has passed.
  • The request is for a subscription renewal (not the original purchase).
  • Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Refund was already issued for a previous subscription.

Free Trial Users

Free trial users do not need to request a refund as no payment is taken during the free trial period. You only pay when you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription.

Reseller Credits
